With close to a decade of hands-on experience in flange design and manufacturing, Stu Piping is a supplier of Deltaflex®, a convoluted, high-quality pipe flange system. We are established as a leader in the engineering, design, manufacture, and distribution of piping flange systems.
As part of our ongoing design and development process, we offer polypropylene-coated plate flanges from d32mm up to d400mm in PN10–16 bar, and d450mm to d630mm in PN10 bar, with stock held ready for fast dispatch.
In our 7-plus years working with the Deltaflex® convoluted flange design, we’ve helped reduce costs and increase performance across flanging systems worldwide.
Deltaflex® products are used across water, mining, gas, marine, and aquaculture applications, and our customers are typically pipe manufacturers, pipe fitting manufacturers, or distributors, spanning more than 25 countries.

Quality assurance is at the heart of Stu Piping’s manufacturing process. Our Deltaflex® flange products are produced under an exacting QA/QC program administered by an independent QA/QC manager.
Every order — large or small — is produced under the same inspection program with the same rigorous acceptance standards. We employ a high percentage of inspectors across our manufacturing operations to monitor both semi-finished materials and finished goods.
This approach has driven consistent improvements in productivity, quality, and on-time performance, allowing us to offer some of the most cost-competitive product lines in the piping industry.
